Ecom Forecast is operated by Phira Ventures. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we only do a small number of things with your data.

Section 1 — What we collect

The only personal data we collect is your email address, submitted voluntarily through the waitlist form on this website.

We do not collect names, payment information, browsing behaviour, or any other personal data at this stage.

Section 2 — Why we collect it

We collect your email address for one purpose: to notify you when early access to Ecom Forecast opens. We will send you one email when your spot is ready. We will not send you marketing emails, newsletters, or sales outreach.

Section 3 — How we store and process it

Your email address is stored in two places:

Supabase (supabase.com) — our database provider, used to store waitlist submissions securely. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS in the EU region.

Loops (loops.so) — our email sending tool, used to send you the access notification email when early access opens.

Both services are GDPR-compliant. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third party.

Section 4 — Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@ecom-forecast.com and we will respond within 72 hours.

You can also unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you. Unsubscribing removes you from our mailing list immediately.

Section 5 — Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tool. No cookie consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.
