What counts as an active SKU?

Any SKU that has sold at least once in the last 90 days, or that you're actively planning stock for. Archived or discontinued SKUs don't count toward your limit.

Can I try it before paying?

We're offering free access to a small group of early testers in exchange for feedback. If that sounds like you, get in touch at hello@ecom-forecast.com and tell us about your setup.

Do I need to integrate anything with Shopify?

No. The tool works from a weekly CSV export — the same file you can download from Shopify in two clicks. No API keys, no app install, no OAuth flow.

What if I outgrow my plan?

You can upgrade at any time. If your SKU count is approaching your plan limit, we'll let you know well in advance so there are no surprises.
